Dr. Salvador Fernandez told me to exercise everyday to be strong and healthier. He told me to exercise with the walking machine 15 minutes a day. I have diabetes type 2 and need to exercise to control my blood sugar.
The advocates of my insurance company are monitoring my health and needs of medication and my exercise. They told me I have to do some kind of excercise al least three times a week.
I have the machine to walk indoors counting the numbers of calories and carbs I am burning. I have the outfit (my pajamas I never wear as pajamas). I have the time.
Exercise is good for me:
- It reduces my cholesterol.
- It lowers my blood pressure.
- It makes my heart stronger and healthier.
- It helps me control my weight.
- It builds muscle strength.
- It may reduce my need for medicines.
- It reduces stress and lifts my mood.
- It helps me control my blood sugar.
The only problem is I don't like to exercise. So I am not doing any excercise at all.
Please, I need some tips to help me start my exercising every day.
