Going Fishing with Grandpa

Weeks ago Ryan told his mom that he wanted to go fishing with grandpa.

So this past Saturday, Claudia, Todd, Ryan, Kate, Alejandra, Angela and me went to lake Deer Creek to fish.

I bought worms and some hooks.

Ryan was happy fishing with his pole.

I caught the first fish.

But I lost two fish.

One fish was already in the dried rocks but it got loose and hopped back to the water.

Angela, Claudia and Alejandra found camarones in the lake. I couldn't believe it.

Claudia told me to have those camarones as bait.

Todd caught the second fish, and I caught two more.

It was a beautiful day with the grandchildren fishing at lake Deer Creek.

When we got back home Veronica cut the fish up and Angela fried them. They were delicious.

I forgot to take pictures of the fried fish.

Here in the States fishers put the fish back to the lakes or rivers, but we are Peruvians, so we ate them.
