The Swine Flu

Swine flu prevention:

1. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze.
It may prevent those around you from getting sick.

2. Wash your hands with warm, soapy water for 15-20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer, especially after you sneeze or cough.

3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
Germs are often spread when a person touches something that is contaminated with germs and then touches his or her eyes, nose, or mouth.

4. Keep living or work areas clean by using household detergents.

5. Practice other good health habits.
